Technical Information:

  • IP address and geographic location (country-level)
  • Browser type, device type, and operating system
  • Session data and authentication tokens
  • Error logs and diagnostic information

Payment Information:

  • Payment information is processed and stored by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers. We retain only the last 4 digits of your card and expiration date for display purposes.

Cookies and Tracking:

  • Session cookies for authentication and account management
  • Analytics cookies via Plausible (privacy-focused, GDPR-compliant)
  • We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies

LLM Providers:

  • OpenRouter: Routes LLM requests to various AI model providers for call analysis and evaluation. View OpenRouter's Privacy Policy.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Data Retention

Active Accounts: We retain your account information and usage data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service.

Deleted Accounts: When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or necessary to resolve disputes, enforce our Terms of Service, or prevent fraud.

Backups: Deleted data may persist in backup systems for up to 90 days before being permanently removed.

Payment Records: We retain billing and payment records for up to 7 years to comply with tax and financial regulations.

Your Rights and Choices

You have the following rights regarding your personal information:

Access: You can access and download your account data, test results, and reports through your account dashboard.

Correction: You can update or correct your account information at any time through your account settings.

Deletion: You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at privacy@callsetter.ai. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.

Export: You can export your data in JSON format through the account settings page.

Opt-Out of Marketing: You can unsubscribe from marketing emails by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by updating your email preferences in your account settings. Note that you cannot opt out of service-related emails (e.g., billing notifications, security alerts).

Cookie Control: You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect your ability to use certain features of the Service.

GDPR Rights (EU Residents):

  • Right to access, rectify, and erase your personal data
  • Right to restrict or object to processing of your data

  • Authentication: User accounts are protected by secure password hashing (bcrypt) and optional two-factor authentication.
  • Monitoring: We continuously monitor for security threats, unauthorized access, and suspicious activity.
  • Incident Response: In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected users within 72 hours and take immediate steps to mitigate the impact.

While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no security system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.
